What information do we collect?

To shop in our store, you will need to create a Sigler Music account. Your account is protected by a password that you choose. We will ask for your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and telephone numbers. We will also ask for your credit card information at the time of purchase. Your credit card information is only stored while you are placing your order for your protection. This account information is kept along with your order history. You can view your account information and the status of your orders by clicking on the "Account Home" page at any time.

Do we share personal information?

Sigler Music takes your privacy very seriously. Sigler Music does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.

How do we keep your information secure?

The personal information that you provide to Sigler Music, including your credit card information, is maintained on secure servers and protected by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer encryption. When entering personal information, look for an icon at the bottom of your browser window that indicates you are on a secure page.

Is my account password safe?

Your account password is encrypted when it is entered. Sigler Music employees can not see your password and will never ask you for your password. In the case that you forget your password, it is standard Sigler Music procedure to (at your request) change your password to a temporary password and email the temporary password to the primary e-mail address on account. For security purposes, we do not give the password over the phone. Once a password has been changed, the account holder is encouraged to immediately change their password to one of their own by choosing "Modify Personal Information" from the Account Menu.
