Customer Review: First audition booked right out of the gate with this mic! I am voice over actor and needed to upgrade my current mic set up. I had read many comments on this mic as whether it really sounded like a U87 or not. I have not compared it in Studio to a Neuman but does that really matter?! Regardless if it does or not it helped me get a voice over job right away upon hooking to my recording chain! To me that's all that matters. Customer Review: This is one GREAT Microphone. I own a small Voice Over Studio and after buying one, I bought another as a spare. In an A/B test panning a U-87 left and the 1300 right vocal quality was equal. No loss in quality or fidelity. The best part of this story is the price. Big sound for a fraction of the price tag."
